Welcome to the exciting world of Latin America. In this course we not only continue our study of Spanish grammar and vocabulary, but we also put it to use. The students explore how various historical events in Latin America have shaped and affected the Hispanic presence in the United States. Students also learn more about the important cultural and historical events within these Latin American countries. Along the way students enjoy different methods of assessment such as the Immigrant Project and Power Point projects.
